GROWMARK, Inc. in Bloomington, IL, seeks a Recruiting Analytics & Operations Intern for Summer 2027. You will support recruiting analytics, reporting, and process improvement while gaining exposure to all areas of the Recruiting team.

Responsibilities include data analysis, dashboard development, recruiting tech projects, and talent acquisition activities that inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Agricultural Business, MIS, or related field.
• Second-semester junior or first-semester senior status at internship start.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and interest in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recruiting, hiring, and talent pipeline data to identify trends.
• Assist in developing and maintaining recruiting dashboards and reports.
• Support recruiting technology, processes, and data management projects.
• Gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing and campus recruiting.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners and leaders on talent projects.
