Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. in Bloomington, IL offers a Benefits Intern role supporting health and welfare communications and wellness campaigns. You will create marketing materials, assist with the Benefits department projects, and participate in the Summer 2027 internship program.

The role requires pursuing an HR/Business/Communications degree, strong oral and written communication, and a valid driver's license with travel as needed. Internship includes structured program activities and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related degree with good academic standing at internship start.
• Proven oral and written communications and customer service.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and travel as needed.
• Planning, organization, problem solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and programs for workplace total well-being campaigns.
• Write and distribute communications for benefits information and events.
• Support division staff with projects, including research.
• Facilitate an employee education session.
• Customize and produce materials for use by GROWMARK and affiliated groups.
• Support other benefits administration needs.
