Job summary

GROWMARK seeks a Recruiting Intern for Summer 2027 to support analytics, reporting, and process improvements within the Recruiting team. You will assist with data analysis, dashboard development, recruitment technology projects, and talent acquisition activities to inform hiring decisions.

Eligibility requires a degree pursuit in HR, business, analytics, or MIS, with at least junior standing. Strong Excel skills, communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team are

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Agricultural Business, MIS, or related field.
• Status as at least a second-semester junior or first-semester senior in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recruiting, hiring, and talent pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in development and maintenance of recruiting dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics tools.
• Support recruiting technology, process improvement, and data management projects.
• Gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, employer branding, and campus recruiting initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders on talent acquisition projects and special assignments.
