GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Analytics & Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in Bloomington, IL.

You will support recruiting analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to all areas of the Recruiting team, including data analysis, dashboard development, and talent acquisition activities that inform hiring decisions. Under the direction of the Recruiting Projects Analyst, you will collaborate with recruiters and HR partners, participate in internship

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Agricultural Business, MIS, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and interest in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and business analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recruiting, hiring, and talent pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of recruiting dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics tools.
• Support recruiting technology, process improvement, and data management projects.
• Gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, employer branding, and campus recruiting initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders on talent acquisition projects and special assignments.
