Job summary

Luxury Presence, a Series C company building an AI growth platform for real estate, is expanding its talent analytics function in the United States. You will define talent KPIs, automate reporting, and collaborate with Finance to forecast headcount and surface variances for leadership.

The role also owns data governance, field definitions and naming conventions, and drives employer branding by designing collateral to lift offer acceptance and manage branding assets.
