Job summary

Dow Jones Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience under News Corp. The role focuses on creating video and photo content to showcase our people, culture, and internship program from our New York City office.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Early Careers teams to produce engaging social media content and document key moments across HR activities. This hybrid NYC internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Two years of coursework toward a Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Media/Film, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and employer branding.
• Experience with video production, editing, and/or photography is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn/Handshake or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture and produce video and photo content showcasing the TA team, internship events, and HR initiatives.
• Create engaging social media content to highlight employer brand and candidate experience.
• Assist with posting content on Handshake, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Support storytelling initiatives to highlight employee culture and HR programs.
• Brainstorm content ideas aligned with recruiting strategies with TA team.
• Provide on-site support at internship events to document key moments.
• Assist with other TA/HR projects as needed.
