Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally high-volume exempt recruiting focused on technical roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies and support goals affecting talent acquisition.
• Source and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for heavy requisition loads and timely stakeholder communication.
• Build talent pipelines through networking and partnerships with external organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and devise attracting strategies.
• Assist onboarding and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Support internship programs and contribute to employee relations initiatives.
