• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in financial services or credit union environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interviewing and selection skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develops sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships.
• Builds candidate pipelines for frequent/anticipated roles.
• Conducts phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinates interviews and communications with candidates and managers.
• Prepares offers and coordinates pre-employment activities.
• Maintains accurate applicant tracking records and recruitment files.
