Job summary

Lanco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, source, interview, and hire across professional, technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles in the United States. You will partner with hiring managers to design effective recruiting strategies, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and promote our employer brand and core values.

The role emphasizes intern and apprenticeship program growth, multi-site collaboration, and compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, engineering, or professional positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability throughout the recruiting process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and determine recruiting approaches.
• Provide hiring managers with feedback, assessments, and recommendations.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Develop relationships with external recruiting partners, schools, and other sources.
• Create and monitor job postings in UKG and other platforms.
• Maintain screening questionnaires aligned with job descriptions.
• Use UKG and other tools to track openings and recruiting metrics.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience reflecting company culture and values.
• Support internships, apprenticeships, and early-career programs.
