Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist III is an advanced role on the Talent Acquisition team for specialists who are driven, growth-focused, self-motivated, and capable of supporting the organization's staffing needs. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates from both conventional and unconventional resources to staff various roles.
This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and requires reporting to the SHI office in Austin, TX, or Somerset, NJ.

Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Networking via phone, social media, associations, trade groups, and coworkers to find active and passive candidates.
- Contacting candidates from resume searches.
- Developing and maintaining networks of potential candidates.
- Utilizing sourcing practices, including search engines, Boolean strings, and proactive sourcing via job boards and social media.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Staying informed of marketplace recruiting practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, developing offers, and negotiating employment terms.
- Supporting onsite events and career fairs locally and nationally.
- Maintaining organized candidate records.
- Providing operational guidance to the team and manager.
- Handling confidential information professionally.
- Understanding employment agreements and contracts.
- Managing a high volume of requisitions with quick turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Expertise in sourcing, with proven success in direct sourcing methods.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).

Unique Requirements
- Travel up to 10% for career fairs, events, and conferences.
Additional Information
- Annual pay range: $90,000 - $120,000, including base salary and bonus, dependent on experience and market.
- Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
