Job summary

Denver Public Schools is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Guest Teacher Program to drive recruitment and onboarding for subs. You will partner with district leadership and the TA team to execute strategies that diversify and expand the talent pool.

The role covers campus, community, and diversity recruiting, attending events, screening and offering letters, and ensuring smooth pre-boarding processes. Colorado resident preferred; deadline August 12, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or HR preferred or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting cross-functional programs in a high-volume environment.
• Commitment to equity and dismantling oppression in education.
• Resident of Colorado or willing to live there.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment oversight for the Guest Teacher Program across districts.
• Coordinate recruitment events and measure ROI and KPIs.
• Identify and cultivate candidates for various positions; determine salaries.
• Assist with pre-boarding, new hire paperwork, and offer letters.
• Collaborates with HR Partners to meet recruitment objectives.
• Create recruitment communications and reports.
