Job summary

GGRM Law Firm in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute strategic recruitment efforts, build candidate pipelines, and promote the Firm as a premier workplace. You will partner closely with the HR Manager to manage full-cycle recruiting, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing and selection techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet staffing needs across the organization.
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, and preparing interview packets for hiring managers.
• Maintaining accurate interview records and candidate tracking documentation.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and community outreach.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Assisting with employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and retention.
• Coordinating pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference checks.
• Supporting new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive candidate-to-employee experience.
• Maintaining recruitment records and reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensuring case management software (CMS) feed is cleared daily.
• Ensuring emails are cleared daily.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
