Job summary

PURIS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment across field and corporate operations, with a focus on construction and operations roles. The role partners with hiring managers to drive efficient, high‑quality hiring while managing multiple requisitions in an ATS/HRIS environment.

You will develop targeted pipelines for skilled trades and high‑volume hires, source via diverse channels, and contribute to workforce planning to meet PURIS’s growth needs in North

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience in recruiting will be considered.
• Experience recruiting for construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, or high-volume hourly roles is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ADP or similar HRIS/ATS systems and local sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate roles, focusing on construction and operations hiring.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies to attract skilled trades, labor, and operations talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume, hard-to-fill field positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on requirements, market conditions, and timelines.
• Post engaging job ads and manage candidate flow using ATS/HRIS and social platforms.
