Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver the right talent at the right time. You will coordinate recruitment, build candidate pools, and partner with operations leaders to present qualified candidates.

The role requires at least two years of HR or clerical experience and proficiency with MS Office; Gaming Regulatory Authority license is required. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Human Resource or clerical experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential candidates through initial assessments and coordinate with operations leaders.
• Maintain a resumes database and build a candidate pool for open roles.
• Manage candidate flow, screening, interviews, and decisions in alignment with department standards.
• Record and track time-to-fill and assist with workforce planning.
