Qualifications

• Minimum of two years HR or clerical experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• Must secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference may be exercised.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screens.
• Develop talent pipelines with internal partners.
• Maintain resume database and track time-to-fill.
• Assist TA Manager with workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
