Job summary

Arlington Resources is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client in Schaumburg, IL for 6-8 months. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing positions across TN, VA and SC, build talent pipelines, and partner with managers to schedule interviews and move candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities include extending offers, negotiating as appropriate, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Our client located in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team for 6-8 months!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing positions in TN, VA and SC, from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
• Build a candidate pipeline for future openings
• Partner with managers to schedule interviews and move candidates through the hiring process.
• Extend employment offers, negotiate as appropriate, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent HR certification required.
• Minimum of two years of corporate talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Assignment will last 6-8 months.

Hourly Compensation: Up to $35 an hour (DOE)

• This role is hybrid, onsite Monday through Thursday and Friday work from home
