Role Overview :

As a Contract TA Specialist with Lion Heart Recruit, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in various nonprofit organizations. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere and is ideal for self-motivated professionals looking to impact the nonprofit sector globally.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the nonprofit sector and client needs.
2. Identify potential candidates through various online channels (e.g., social media platforms, professional networks, and databases).
3. Screen resumes and job applications and conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews.
4. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
6. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the recruitment strategy.
7. Achieve agreed-upon recruitment targets and outcomes within schedule.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or nonprofit sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in or knowledge of the nonprofit sector is a plus but not required.
• Training will be provided to the right candidate, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the needs of our clients and candidates.
