Bathhouse is seeking a Therapies Attendant to keep therapy rooms clean, stocked, and welcoming between services. You will assist practitioners and guests, maintain linens, oils, and lotions, and help ensure a smooth flow of guests from arrival to service completion.

Ideal candidates bring a strong customer service background, comfort with cleaning duties in guest spaces, and a flexible schedule to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience; hospitality or wellness/luxury environments preferred.
• Comfortable performing cleaning duties in guest-facing spaces.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy rooms before each service to ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment.
• Turn rooms over efficiently between clients, sanitizing high-touch areas and replacing linens.
• Stock and organize oils, lotions, tools, and other supplies as needed throughout the day.
• Greet guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate therapist or waiting area.
• Help communicate timing updates between practitioners, guests, and the front desk.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards per company policies, including floor upkeep near the amenity space.
• Assist with laundry drop-off and pickup for therapy rooms as needed.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Support opening and closing duties for therapy areas.
• Uphold Bathhouse brand standards for a peaceful guest experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bathhouse is seeking an attentive, organized, and hands‑on Therapies Attendant to join our team. This role serves as an important link between practitioners (Massage Therapists & Scrub Technicians) and guests, ensuring therapy rooms are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked. The Therapies Attendant is responsible for maintaining linens, oils, and lotions, turning rooms over efficiently between services, and helping uphold Bathhouse’s standards of care and presentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare therapy rooms before each service to ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment.
• Turn rooms over efficiently between clients, including sanitizing high‑touch areas and replacing linens.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service; experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
• Comfortable performing cleaning duties in guest‑facing spaces.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional; consistent attendance is an essential function of the role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a calm, guest‑first demeanor.

• Hourly rate: $21/hour
