Job summary

CTI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in St. Louis to identify, screen, and place top talent in a fast-paced environment. You will post jobs, screen candidates, and collaborate with the team to build robust talent pipelines while contributing to CTI’s culture of exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and a proactive approach to recruitment, with training and an engaging, collaborative workplace at CTI.

Qualifications
