Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years in employee recruitment or talent acquisition with sourcing and interviewing.
• Healthcare and social service recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring of qualified applicants.
• Post jobs using ATS and analyze effectiveness of postings.
• Source candidates via resume databases, social media, and networking sites.
• Conduct initial phone screens and assist with interviews.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate engagement and provide timely status updates.
• Deliver offers and communicate organization information during acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
