Job summary

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts at our Chicago locations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to hire, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and source talent through events and outreach.

Success in this role requires 1–3 years of healthcare recruiting experience or related HR work, with a focus on compliance and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Business, or related field required.
• Experience: 1–3 years of recruiting experience required; Prior healthcare HR and/or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to hire.
• Conducts initial candidate screenings and assessments to present qualified talent to hiring managers.
• Coordinates interview schedules and extends employment offers.
• Sources potential candidates by attending job fairs and recruitment events.
• Defines applicant requirements by analyzing job descriptions with hiring managers.
