CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. DBA CCFS in the Houston area seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

You will partner with managers to attract experienced professionals and manage the full recruitment life cycle. In this role you will source passive candidates, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and oversee background checks while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience.
• Onboarding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR functions and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain applicant tracking system (Workday) ensuring information is up-to-date for all open positions.
• Source passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles via LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Create, post and manage advertising needs on social media channels.
• Coordinate and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
• Oversee pre-screening and background checks; assist with onboarding as needed.
• Manage candidate experience from application to training completion.
• Represent the organization to applicants and collect data.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed; travel may be required.
• Process paperwork accurately and keep records confidential.

We know that building a great company comes down to people!ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESMaintain recruiting applicant tracking system (Workday) ensuring information is up-to-date for all open positions.Source passive and candidates for difficult to fill positions on platforms such as (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed and more).Create, post and manage advertising needs on a variety of social media platforms.Coordinate and conduct phone interviews for candidates.Actively managing the pre-screen and background check process and assis as backup in the onboarding for new hires.Manage the candidate experience from application to end of training.Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with candidates and employees with sensitive information.Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.Attend and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events, including travel as needed.Process paperwork and/or forms in an accurate and timely manner.
