EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six-month temporary position to enhance their Recruiting and Employee Experience teams. This hybrid role involves managing onboarding processes, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Ideal candidates will have a background in HR or recruiting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in various HR tools.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six-month temporary role to support both our Recruiting and Employee Experience teams. There is potential for conversion to a permanent role. This role serves as a critical bridge between talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for new employees. This position will be hybrid (2 - 3 days a week) at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.
