You will build candidate pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with managers to understand staffing needs while promoting Logan's culture and employer brand. • Connect with potential candidates and sell them on career opportunities at Logan.

• Work with Marketing to develop recruiting campaigns and strengthen our employer brand.
• Represent Logan at career fairs, trade schools, and community events.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Track recruiting results and identify opportunities to improve hiring and retention.
