The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for a variety of positions across the organization. The specialist partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job postings, and ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience.
