Silco is seeking a dedicated candidate with strong work ethic to enter our ranks as a Fire Protection Technician. They will assist in conducting comprehensive inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarms systems and sprinklers under the supervision of experienced technicians. This role is designed to provide hands‑on training and development in fire protection systems, preparing the trainee for a career as a certified Fire Protection Technician.
Compensation is based on experience, tenure, and individual performance. Inspectors and service team members have the potential to earn at highly competitive rates. Silco also offers a quarterly bonus program and provides weekly pay.
