Job summary

LHH in Maryland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruiting process for a multi-location organization, from candidate attraction through offer acceptance. You will handle 20–30 active requisitions across hourly to executive roles, develop creative sourcing campaigns, and build pipelines with schools, communities and alternative candidate sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• High-volume/full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Creative sourcing and candidate-attraction skills.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership and communication skills.
• ATS experience; ADP Workforce Now is a plus, not a requirement.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting position supporting a multi-location organization and positions include Warehouse, to Executive roles!
