Job summary

A1 is seeking an entry-level recruiter who will support end-to-end recruitment for product, engineering, and business roles. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth, accurate hiring processes. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome.

You will source candidates across channels, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help drive employer branding initiatives as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of recruitment/HR experience or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales.
• Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.

The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.

Role

You will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring actually works in practice.
