Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist to partner with TA managers and HR leaders to design creative sourcing programs for a range of roles across multiple sites. You will map the talent landscape and develop strategies to attract passive, diverse candidates.

You will source and qualify passive candidates using CRM and ATS tools, maintain data, and provide regular updates to the TA team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment or sourcing with Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and using a CRM/Workday.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Create, define sourcing strategies with TA leaders to source a passive, diverse slate of candidates.
• Attend and participate in calibration meetings with stakeholders.
• Source and qualify passive candidates for specific requisitions using current tools.
• Track candidates in CRM/ATS and handle administrative responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing follow-up with TA consultants and managers on search status.

The Sourcer will be required to develop practical and creative ways to identify leading qualified talent and attract passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
