Job summary

Ember Education is seeking a recruiter to attract and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and maintain a network of professionals to build robust talent pipelines, and screen and present qualified candidates to match hiring profiles.

Responsibilities include high-volume sourcing, managing job postings, and developing creative recruitment campaigns to attract diverse passive candidates.

Qualifications

• Two years of talent acquisition experience preferred

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, including applicant tracking systems, social networking sites, and job boards.
