Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or international equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Talent Sourcing experience in corporate, retained or contingent recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive talent for high-volume recruitment across Digital Infrastructure and related disciplines.
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, referrals and talent communities.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
