Holdings is a business incubator and investment firm with advertising and marketing agency holdings serving various vertices but with a primary focus on the Real Estate and Construction industries. We provide high-quality lead generation and SaaS solutions such as a custom ATS built on the “Go High Level” white-label SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. As we continue to build new start-up companies, we need a results-driven performance-based Recruiter to help us build high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company, including cold callers, client acquisition specialists, and VAs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through online posting boards, social media groups, networking events, referrals, and follow up campaigns.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify high-potential candidates with past experience fit for the type of position needing to be filled.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to assist with scouting candidates that are in alignment with our brand.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback while guiding them through the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and track metrics for reporting.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
- Attend company meetings and sales training and contribute to the virtual workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the construction, real estate, home services, or related sales industries.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, social media).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- CONVERSATIONAL BUSINESS ENGLISH AND SALES SKILLS ARE REQUIRED!
Technical Requirements
- Own desktop PC or Laptop (Specification: At least 8 GB RAM).
- Corded (not wireless) headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
- Strong wired internet connection (At least 10Mbps +).
- Quiet, private workspace.
- Android / iPhone not older than 5 years.
- Must have a backup plan in case of a power outage or internet interruption.
