In this role, you will actively search for candidates, analyze CVs, and conduct short assessment interviews to ensure we find the right fit for our clients. While experience in recruitment is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is your drive, interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct active searches to identify qualified candidates through various platforms.
• Review and analyze CVs to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
• Conduct short assessment interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
