Role Overview

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will actively search for candidates, analyze CVs, and conduct short assessment interviews to ensure we find the right fit for our clients. While experience in recruitment is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is your drive, interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct active searches to identify qualified candidates through various platforms.
  • Review and analyze CVs to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct short assessment interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate pipelines.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional soft skills, with a knack for building rapport and maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a bonus but not required.
