Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor with a Texas facility in Irving, seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for its warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams. The role emphasizes active and passive candidate sourcing, assessment, and strong relationships with agencies and universities.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to plan recruitment needs, interview applicants, and travel to job fairs and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to job fairs and recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and qualifications and prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.
