Paycom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Dallas to screen, recruit and hire exceptional talent for the Paycom team. The recruiter will manage an approximately 80/20 active vs passive candidate pipeline, maintain confidentiality, and partner with leadership to understand hiring needs.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong communication skills and proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a dynamic, adaptable, and organized recruiter focusing on the active candidate pool who helps screen, recruit and hire exceptional talent for the Paycom team. The recruiter has a basic knowledge of the business, policies and technology of Paycom and specializes in matching the right person for the right position within the company. The recruiter is goal driven and has a sales and service mentality.
This position has a salary of $90,000 per annum. Paycom provides employees health insurance at an employee cost of $1 per-pay-period, a 401(k) plan with company match, available flexible spending accounts, $50,000 basic life and AD&D, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave, employee stock purchase plan, paid family leave, and many other available benefits.
