The Talent Acquisition Programs Manager position will serve as a key leader in the administration and oversight of the Correctional Series Promotional Program. This role will ensure that applicant qualifications, testing and training requirements, documentation, certification, and established process standards are managed consistently, accurately, and in compliance with organizational requirements. In addition, the position will provide specialized leadership and oversight for critical Talent Acquisition functions, including the Promotions Coordinator, Drug-Free Workplace Program, and Career Advisors. The role will be responsible for promoting operational consistency, maintaining program integrity, supporting process improvements, and ensuring effective coordination across these areas.
Employment is contingent on the selected applicant passing a background investigation.
Requires possession of, and ability to retain a current, valid state‑issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12).
In an effort to maintain a safe environment, all employees are required to take a Tuberculosis (TB) test during their New Employee Orientation and every year thereafter.
