Job summary

Trava Health is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition & People Development to own two critical areas of growth: recruiting exceptional people and developing our internal talent. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and building scalable development programs.

You will partner with executives to shape hiring strategy, develop leadership capability, and deploy processes that scale with rapid growth while maintaining our culture and performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and executive recruiting.
• Expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and talent pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and hiring managers on workforce needs.
• Experience building leadership development and performance management programs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer.
• Source passive candidates across leadership and technical roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coach managers and develop leadership programs.
• Partner with leadership on compensation benchmarking and market trends.
