Job summary

BAC in Madera, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring teams and deliver full life-cycle recruitment across front line, technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles. You will build strong candidate pipelines, shape a positive hiring experience, and position BAC as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience advising hiring managers on recruiting strategies, HR practices, and employment regulations (including OFCCP compliance).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing across digital and traditional channels.
• Experience using an ATS (UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred).
• Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidates.
• Ability to build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute hiring strategies aligned to workforce needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by setting expectations, sharing market insight, and guiding hiring decisions
• Lead full life-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and close
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, social platforms, and industry networks
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience for candidates and hiring teams with clear, timely communication
• Use data, reporting, and market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and speed to hire
• Leverage AI and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall efficiency
• Coordinate offer development and negotiation to secure top talent
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OFCCP requirements, and company policies
• Support hiring events, site visits, and recruiting initiatives
