SSM Health in Wisconsin-Remote is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to actively implement proactive recruitment plans and mentor team members.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, identify gaps, build cross-functional relationships, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, while leveraging ATS, CRM, and vendor resources. This role supports training, projects, and continuous improvement with a 40-hour work week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; significant recruiting experience considered in lieu.
• Five years of direct recruitment or relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides training and mentorship to Talent Acquisition team members; SME on recruitment processes and systems.
• Identifies recruitment gaps and leverages cross-functional relationships for solutions.
• Meets or exceeds SLAs, performance goals, KPIs and organizational initiatives.
• Manages relationships with leadership, candidates and team members to deliver excellent service.
• Performs full-cycle recruitment support including hard-to-fill roles.
• Supports special projects and initiatives independently as needed.
• Uses ATS, CRM and vendor resources; educates teams on tools and resources.

Job Summary

Actively implements proactive recruitment plans and strategies that support all phases of the recruitment process. Engages with team members in a positive, mentoring manner, providing practice and process guidance. Serves as an informal leader to support training, department initiatives, projects and the cascading of information to/from leadership.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides training and mentorship to Talent Acquisition team members, serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, systems, tools, and programs.
• Identifies recruitment gaps/needs and effectively leverages cross-functional relationships to obtain solutions and process improvements.
• Consistently meets service level agreements and meets or exceeds performance & productivity goals set by the department/organization, as well as organizational goals, initiatives, KPIs and metrics as designed within the Talent Acquisition department.
• Manages relationships effectively providing excellent customer service to all levels of leadership, candidates and team members.
• Performs full-cycle recruitment support with the ability to effectively manage professional, high-level, and/or hard-to-recruit positions as determined by market analysis or needs of the organization.
• Supports special projects, programs and initiatives effectively and independently as requested.
• Utilizes various resources and technology-based searching techniques to identify candidates, including internal applicant tracking systems, customer relations management platforms and all external tools, platforms, programs, and vendor resources as well as career fairs and other traditional and non-traditional methods; promotes and educates tools and resources to other team members.
• Consistently and successfully performs all duties and responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education. Significant and direct experience in recruiting will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Five years of direct recruitment or relevant work experience

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
