Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Recruiting, this position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for field roles, including Dental Assistants, Patient Coordinators, and Treatment Plan Coordinators. SALARY RANGE: $80,000-$94,000
BONUS ELIGIBLE: Yes

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Works with Clinical and Operations teams to determine clinical talent needs and develops a recruiting plan/strategy and executes accordingly.
- Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open clinical positions.
- Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships and networks with prospective candidates to increase interest in current and future opportunities.
- Uses LinkedIn, news and blog sources, and other social networking sites to identify and engage potential candidates (both passive and active).
- In partnership with marketing and recruiting leadership, focuses on recruitment marketing to expand reach and increase candidate activity.
- Manages the recruitment lifecycle for all assigned positions, including posting jobs, finding passive candidates, screening applicants, presenting qualified candidates, managing interviews, and extending offers.
- Assists in hiring and onboarding processes in partnership with Human Resources as needed.
- Partners with leadership to review trends and build pipelines of talent accordingly.
- Ensures all recruiting efforts are compliant with laws and that hiring managers are equipped for effective interviews.
Other Job Responsibilities
- Assists with managing company social media accounts.
- Seeks new ways to improve sourcing processes.
- Partners on projects as required.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or human resources and 2 years of dental support recruiting experience, or equivalent.
- Experience in the Healthcare/Dental industry; dental preferred.
- Experience partnering with dental schools.
Qualifications
- Experience with external sourcing, lifecycle recruitment, social media applications, and screening.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to influence dentists and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
- Up to 25% travel may be required.
- Office environment work.
