NVR is seeking a Recruiter to support our Mortgage and Settlement Services teams in Reston, VA. You will source top talent, screen candidates, and guide them through the hiring journey, partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to address workforce needs.

As an early-career recruiting professional, you will build strong talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve sourcing and outcomes while maintaining compliant candidate

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals.
• Exposure to mortgage, settlement services, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking.
• Manage full recruitment process from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Assess candidate fit through phone interviews and evaluations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication.
• Leverage data and AI-powered tools to improve sourcing.
• Maintain candidate records and compliance in the ATS.
