Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing, to be embedded at the Elwood site. You will own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume manufacturing roles, reducing time-to-fill and coordinating with local leadership and central Talent Acquisition.

This fixed-duration position offers renewal potential up to four years based on performance and business needs, with a strong focus on candidate experience and process compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED with an equivalent level of experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, high-volume recruiting role in manufacturing, production, or other skilled-trade roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and assessing a high volume of candidates for critical manufacturing roles, utilizing advanced AI sourcing tools to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Orchestrate a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing interview logistics, organizing interview panels, and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates visiting the Elwood site.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools specifically for the Elwood site, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs.
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition representative for the Elwood site, providing regular updates and insights to headquarters while ensuring all local recruiting activities adhere to Elanco's established processes and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide expert guidance, and facilitate a smooth feedback loop to reduce bottlenecks and ensure timely hiring decisions.

Your Role: Talent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing

As aTalent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing, you will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, embedded directly within our Elwood, KS manufacturing site. You will actasthe face of our recruiting efforts onsite, owning the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top-tier talent for our high-volume manufacturing and production roles. In this role,you'llbe responsible forreducing time-to-fill, streamlining the hiring process, and serving as the key liaison between local site leadership and our central Talent Acquisition function. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and our mission of enriching life.

This position is a fixed duration employee with a two-year contract, renewable for up to 4 years with a potential for a full-time position, based on individual performance and business needs.

Your Responsibilities:

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education:Bachelor's Degree orHigh School Diploma / GED with an equivalent level of experience.
• Required Experience:2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, high-volume recruiting roleinamanufacturing, production, or other skilled-trade roles.
• Skills:Proficiencywith Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or field of study (Psychology, Human Resources, and/or BusinessCommunications, andetc.)
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and engagement tools (e.g., CRM platforms like Gem).
• A proactive, "go-getter" mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices.
