As a Talent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing, you will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, embedded directly within our Elwood, KS manufacturing site. You will act as the face of our recruiting efforts onsite, owning the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top‑tier talent for our high‑volume manufacturing and production roles. In this role, you'll be responsible for reducing time‑to‑fill, streamlining the hiring process, and serving as the key liaison between local site leadership and our central Talent Acquisition function. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and our mission of enriching life. This position is a fixed duration employee with a two‑year contract, renewable for up to 4 years with a potential for a full‑time position, based on individual performance and business needs.
