Frazer Jones is partnering on an Investments Talent Acquisition Partner role in New York. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior investment professionals and partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, market intelligence, and trends.

The role focuses on asset management, private markets, and wealth management, offering hybrid work with three days per week in NYC, exposure to senior business leaders, and a meaningful growth phase for the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or executive search experience.
• Strong track record recruiting within buy-side or complex investment management.
• Experience hiring across asset management, private equity, private credit, wealth management, capital markets, or related investment functions, with client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced-hire and senior-level investment professionals.

Required experience:
