Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support QVC US, overseeing recruitment, interviews, and hiring for a high-volume distribution center.

You'll partner with managers and the People team to drive recruiting strategies, lead a team, and ensure efficient talent acquisition from candidate sourcing to offer. This onsite role is based at our Florence, SC Fulfillment Center.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in Manufacturing and/or Warehousing.
• Project management skills for recruitment projects and SOP development.
• Experience promoting a positive, inclusive team culture and providing leadership.
• Knowledge of recruiting websites, ATS, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated job offer negotiation skills and ability to challenge upward.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen candidates and review resumes based on experience and requirements.
• Manage requisitions, screening, and hiring processes using TA technologies (Workday).
• Participate in interviews, assessment centers, and job simulations.
• Source candidates via online resources, boards, LinkedIn, universities, and ATS.
• Organize onsite recruiting activities, events, and career fairs.
• Ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork and screenings.
• Provide site reporting and communicate with candidates and managers.
