Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Canby, Oregon and Milwaukee locations. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to define staffing needs, build pipelines, and drive the hiring process forward.

The role involves hands-on sourcing, structured interviews, offers, onboarding, and ongoing candidate communication to ensure a positive experience. Onsite work at the Canby facility is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in HR or related field with 3+ years full-cycle recruiting.
• Alternatively, high school diploma with 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and criteria.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams and manage offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
