Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with Paylocity ATS.
• Experience in regulated/service-driven environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; SHRM-CP/PHR desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment priorities.
• Create engaging job postings for LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Support onboarding and new-hire processes.
• Develop and manage talent pipelines, internships, and recruitment events.
