Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 3–6 month contract, based onsite in San Antonio. You will partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and build strong pipelines to support our venues and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience handling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sports/entertainment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and sourcing plans.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates with structured methods.
• Coordinate interviews and offers with HR and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Represent SS&E at career events and manage vendor relationships.
