Job summary

San Antonio Spurs Sports & Entertainment is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a contract assignment in San Antonio, TX. This onsite role requires four days per week for the 3 to 6 month duration, managing full-cycle recruiting and building talent pipelines.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues while delivering a positive candidate and hiring experience, using structured selection practices and ongoing market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably across multiple business functions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• High-volume recruiting experience and/or experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or live events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from intake through accepted offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define role requirements, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Review and refine job descriptions to reflect business needs and attract qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured, equitable practices.
• Coordinate interview processes and support timely, informed hiring decisions with the team.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers in partnership with HR leadership.
