Job summary

United Bank is seeking an experienced recruiter/trainer to lead recruitment strategies and develop curriculum for training programs in a fast-paced banking environment. The role emphasizes delivering effective training sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in recruiting with a strong background in banking/finance services, plus proven ability to travel up to 35% for client and program delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Additional years of experience or certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.) may be substituted
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional related working experience required with three (3) years in recruiting.
  • Experience in banking/finance services is highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver training sessions in a professional and effective manner required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Prior experience in curriculum development, Canva, LMS, and Articulate a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel of at least 35% of the time

  • Standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data.
  • Ability to travel of at least 35% of the time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
